  • Normally stocked items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase as long as the product is new, has not been installed, and all original packaging and documentation is included. The customer is responsible for all return shipping.
  • Custom or made to order parts are non-refundable. The product listing will notate when this is the case.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Refunds may take 7-10 business days from the time the item is received to be returned to your original form of payment.
  • Labor is non-refundable.
  • Special-order, non-custom items will incur a 30% restocking fee. Item must be returned in it’s original packaging, with all original documentation, and have not been used or installed. The product listing will notate when this is the case. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • There is no returns or refunds on installation materials such as wire, connectors, etc.
  • In the event an item is damaged in shipping it is the buyers responsibility to report the damage within 24 hours of receipt. If a replacement item is in stock arrangements will be made to replace the damaged item. If it is a custom item, it will be replaced as soon as a new one can be produced. For special order or drop-ship orders, a replacement will be secured from the vendor as soon as possible, but may be subject to delays beyond our control.
  • If shipping damage is not reported within 24 hours of receipt, the buyer will have to enter an insurance claim with the shipping company. All of our shipments will be insured to cover the total original purchase amount.
