Labor Warranty: All workmanship will be warranted from the date of install for the life of the installation (With an exception for customer supplied product, see below). This warranty will cover the diagnostic of any malfunction of the installed product as long as the installation has not been altered, tampered with, or serviced in anyway by any third party. If during the course of diagnosis it becomes evident that tampering or altering by a third-party may be the cause of failure, the client will be informed that further diagnostic or repair actions would be billable to the client. At this point the client may elect to proceed with the diagnostic or repair, or elect to not proceed further at which point the vehicle will be reassembled to the condition it was in when it arrived and returned to the client.

Hardware Warranty: All hardware warranties are an agreement between the parts manufacturer and the customer. We will facilitate warranty claims within the period described in the manufacturers warranty period and within the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Common disqualifications from this will include improper installation, abuse, etc. As manufacturer warranties vary by manufacturer, please review any provided warranty documentation or consult the documentation on the respective manufacturers website for more information.

Custom Product Warranty: Any custom manufactured product will carry a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Improper installation or abuse of the product will disqualify the product from this warranty.

Customer Provided Equipment: Customer provided equipment will be subject to a 30 day labor warranty. Any repair or diagnostic outside this 30-day period will be subject to our standard diagnostic charge. We will not facilitate hardware warranty claims for customer supplied equipment, we ask that you consult with the original point of purchase for hardware warranty claims.
